  • Fees and Payment

    Fees are determined by length of sessions and payment Is due at the time of services. Session fees will be disclosed to any new client prior to the Initial session.

    We accept cash, major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

  • Insurance

    We do not take insurance, but can offer superbills for out of network reimbursement. We encourage you to reach out to your provider to determine your benefits ahead of time and then let us know if you may need a superbill for your services!

  • Policies

    You will receive a reminder notification 48 hours ahead of your session which will allow you to make any adjustments to your appointment.

    We require a 24-hour notice to cancel appointments. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice this will result in the full-session charge, except if there is an emergency.

    It is outside of our scope of care to compete any ESA, FMLA or related paperwork, but we can connect you with a provider who can!

  • Good Faith Estimate

    Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the No Surprises Act to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate detailing out-of-network care. Prior to your first session, we will provide your fee for service and work collaboratively with you in developing a treatment plan and ongoing costs of care.
